BEIGE - One of the Best French Restaurant in Tokyo. Sharing photos from my visit.
Ginza Chanel Building 10F 3-5-3 Ginza Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan http://www.beige-tokyo.com/ Headed to Mt. Fuji in the Morning :P It was kinda disappointing though. Da & I were expecting to see more. Well at least there was snow LOL :P Sadly, I got sick but my fever actually kept me warm despite the extremely cold weather outside. Officially headed for Tokyo right after. Temples galore again! Plus we spotted Ja and Iris :) Too bad we were in different tours :( We had dinner at this cool restaurant. The setup of the tables were very fancy and classy :) We first had breakfast at the hotel. (Salmon, Miso Soup, Seaweeds) Then ready to take the bullet train from Nagoya to Toyohashi. Da and I were sleepy heads! We just fell asleep! We had this sightseeing tour to Hakone- part of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, less than 100 Km from Tokyo. We rode this huge ship and it was intensely windy. The mountains we visited were famous for hot springs, outdoor activities, natural beauty and the view of nearby Mt. Fuji. We got to drive through Fuji Lakes, Lake Ashi Cruise and Owakudani Hell valley, an ancient crater where sulfurous fume reeks and clouds of steam rise from crevasses. Of course Da and I tasted the “lucky egg”, a black colored shell boiled in the sulfurous hot spring water of Owakudani. Late afternoon, we transferred to Lake Kawaguchi for an overnight stay at KAWAGUCHIKO HOTEL where we got to have a feel of how true Japanese bedrooms were like :D Check out our beds! :D We were so lucky we got to watch WICKED back in Universal Studios Japan!!! Wooohooo! I want go to New York or London to watch the real thing!!! We revisited JAWS and it was so much better than how I last remembered it. Perhaps Da and I were lucky with the seats this time. Right at the edge! :) Walked around the city with my cousins up until 12 midnight! :D Amazing country :D Vending machines. Pachinko all night. Sushi land. UFO catchers. Definitely a start of a trip to remember!
